Hi,

Above is my small perl program, using which I create PDF documents by inputting HTML file. HTML has few images and they appear fine inside PDF document when I run above program from browser using http://ts-internet-tal.deere.com/iw-jdtools/johndeeredotcom/ESC/esc_generationScript.ipl, but the same images will not appear when run same perl program from command line.

Any idea will be helpful.

What may differ between these two runs is the process UID (TS runs it or you run it) and process
working Directory - eg where have you started the process from. What will differ is the set of Environment
Variables in both runs. Since conversion code you are using is proprietary we can not tell if it's important or not.

Regardless, if I have to guess I would say that CLT run simply can not find image Files. That may happen for
example if the Path is relative and CLT starts in the *wrong* working directory. That may also happen if
your converter obtains images by running HTTP requests. In that case CLT call may not have required URL Domain,
etc

Thank you very much. I have used absolute paths to get the images inside my java program and it will not use any HTTP requests.

But when I debug more and more, it looks like even it won't bother about images when I run from command line or as an external task.

Inside java program I check for image existence, if I remove this part of code, and if image is not there pdf generation will fail with CGI, but it works with command line and external task and the pdf document will be without images.
