TEamsite Upgrade to 6.7.2 SP2 - Problem with Tagging

Since we've upgraded Teamsite we are getting the following error sporadically from Users when they try to tag a file. When they tag it and then hit SAVE they get the following error:

* What specific content tagging triggers it?
* How big/long is the content being tagged is in size/length?
* Any special characters used or, characters in different encoding being pasted.

Hi Thanks for your reply. A file size can be 3.18kB. We have about 12 fields, 4 of which are taxonomy-based and have a lot of nodes in them. There are special special characters in the keywords. I tried taking out Keywords and I still got the error.

Do you think it is special characters causing this issue?

When I said
How big/long is the content being tagged is in size/length? I meant the content you are using to tag, not the file you are tagging.

I would suggest if you can point out the exact keyword/attribute by going one on one iteration and see which is causing the problem. My guess would be the length(characters/size/bytes) of the actual content you are inserting in Tag UI.

The only content we are inserting from the DCR to the tagging GUI are the dates and Keywords. I have been working with Interwoven Support and we removed one field at a time from the tagging file and it still didn't work. If there is a limit to how long the content is, what is the limit and why would that be an issue? Thanks for your input.

Take a look at this article, it may help. Since, you are on TS672 SP2 and the article is related to TS65 SP2, but the status is open. As per the article the limit is 4085 characters.
