How to set and expiration date

I am not sure how to set the expiration date for a particular document. I know TeamSite allows to set an expiration date for a document and a script(running nightly) will delete all the files that are expired. If someone could tell me how to add expiration date for a document I would really appreciate that. Thanks in advance.

This could be achieved by setting extended attributes on the file. EAs are set or viewed using CLT "iwextattr". Pleae refer to Commnad Line Tools menu for it's usage.

Expiration dates as metadata can also be set via the Set Metadata interface - using the metadata-rules.cfg and datacapture.cfg that are located within IWHOME/local/config.
