Im on a WinXP workstation.
i have Admin privileges to TS, not to the TS server.
So i was working yesterday fine creating DCR and TPL files, and i actually generated a new index.asp file.
today i get the "An error occurred during PT compiling", i can access the template, make changes, open the VFE but not generate.
So i went to another admins workstation, and she could generate the same file i was working on... She logged out, i logged in on her machine, and i could generate the files.
SO, obviously its on my machine. What could have happened? Its not a syntax issues in the DCR or TPL files, as she and i were both able to use them on her machine.
i looked in my Add Remove Programs, and realized i do not have a Java version installed, is Java necessary? I dont think it was uninstalled overnight by anyone?
any thoughts?
ive shut down and rebooted several times.
