Publish Livesite content workflow

I was trying to configure the publish livesite content workflow. But the data deployments associated with the workflow are failing. It looks like the database name (livesite-development) is not being found. But it has been defined in od-home/etc/livesite-database.xml and the livesite-database.xml has also been referenced in od-home/conf/LiveSite/ImageMetadata.xml.

Following is the database definition within livesite-database.xml.

DBD: **ERROR**:com.interwoven.dd100.dd.TElementListCfg 103 Parser error: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

More than likely some XML file has an issue with the XML declaration line -- again more likely you have a blank line or a lead space or something. I would check the livesite-database.xml and ImageMetadata.xml and make sure the XML declaration is valid for both files.

From your post it looks like you are closing the tags after livesite-development">
that could be causing xml parsing error, remove it and then try deployment again

Depending on what type of files you are deploying, it'll pickup appropriate OD/DD Configuration files. If you aren't seeing anything in the servletd log file then look at the OD logs.

You should make appropriate configuration for Livesite deployment in following files:

odbase.xml - configure allowed directory for ls-runtime
odnode.xml - configure deployment node for livesite
OpenDeployWebRoot.xml : set nodeRef value as defined in odnode.xml
