tt_data Not working

I have a requirement that when an editor or author click Finish on a DCR then the workflow should be instantiated..I have included the code in the following textpad in available_templates.cfg. I am customizing in .wft files. But my workflow is not instantiated when a DCR is saved.

I am working with Teamsite 6.7.1 Professional.When I have gone through workflow developer guide there is a note as below
The tt_data command is valid in ContentCenter Standard and can be configured in ContentCenter Professional; see the TeamSite User Interface Customization Guide.
Can anyone please suggest what are the UI Customizations that I have to make and in which file so that the workflow is instantiated..

Did you try following the instructions and actually try reading through the TS UICG?
That would be the first step.

Thanks...I got it....The workflow is instantiated now from DCR.But my next task is to send an email to reviewer group...I have gone through WF guide..I could know how to send it to an individual user..But not to a group.
Can u please guide me.I am working on Teamsite 6.7.1 Professional and using customizing in wft files.

If you're using one of the Perl programs (iw_solution_email.ipl or iw_sendmail.ipl) you can generally access membership of sharedby elements in grouptasks and then resolve that information into a list of addresses (or create local mailing lists for each group so that you can treat the group name as an email address).

If you're using the Java programs that come OOTB (primarily for WFM's) - there are issues with accessing the sharedby information and you have to hack around a bit by creating job and/or task-level variables that contain the information which you'll need to then expand and render as email addresses.

It all comes down to a bit of coding though - and that you'll have to do yourself, or hire someone to do it for you.

Hi I have made the following changes to send an email to a group.
In the command property variable.
C:\Interwoven\iw-home\local\config\wft\iwsend_mail.ipl
and also configured task variables as
variable key="mail_to" value="tsuer1,tsuser2"
variable key="mail_cc" value="tsuser3,tsuser4"
variable key="mail_url"value="1"
variable key="mail_html"value="1"
and in the iw.cfg
maildomain=mycompany.com
mailserver=smtp.mycompany.com
use_map_file=true
email_mapping="path to email_maap.cfg"

and in email_map.cfg
user name="Reviewers" email="testmail1@test.com, testmail2@test.com
I also have created an OS Group called as Reviewers.
So, My Questions are:
1.) should task be usertask or grouptask for sending an email to group of members as we have configured in email_map.cfg and task variables as above..
2.) If it is a group task how is the shared by element used as we r mentionaing the group members in task variables?

After these changes also I am not able to send an email..
