grouping group data using xsl in livesite component

Currently, there are many group data with the same name in content xml.
In appearance xsl, we can use following to retrieve and display data.

[/html]
Now, if i want to group every 4 group data with ul tag,like
[html]

[/html]
when i using something like:
[html]

[/html]
Then cant save because it is not well format.

Is there any solution to resolve this problem?

You might be able to wrap the <ul> tag within a <![CDATA[ ... ]]> tag to get around the well-formedness issue.

In addition to what Adam mentioned, also look at <xsl:text> with appropriate escape/unescape attributes turned on. Try and google that you'll get some pretty good examples.

using [html] ... [/html] wrap ul, and [html][/html] with disable-output-escaping="yes", this issue can be resolved.
