Data Deploy | Giving error

I am trying to do a stand alone database deployment of a only one table two columns when i am trying to do deployment it shows the following error and also very strangly tuples are generated in different form.Please suggest your thoughts on this issue.

Hi Nandan,

I founf one small correction in your DD file:

value-from-field="faqQueryModule/0/faqCategory/[0-8]/faqCategoryType"

Modify it to

value-from-field="faqQueryModule/0/faqCategory/[0-8]/faqCategoryType/0"

For all the items this is required.
