our company website uses contact forms for online subscriptions, there are database fields in the contact forms, not sure where the database properties like connection parameters are stored, is it a seperate file in TS. experts please advice.

whoever replied, it is basic question, not sure how to explain, the teamsite contact_forms templating is using database fields, so when this form is filled by customer, where does the customer contact details getting stored, it should be database right, so how can i know which database this form is linked to.

that area i am sure where it is stored, so please assist.

TeamSite would never do this functionality. TeamSite sits behind the firewall, your page (with the form) sits out where people can see it.

So if you want to do that, you have to code it.

Now if you are using LiveSite, you can build a component to do that.

With the questions you've been posting lately, it sounds to me like you need to sit down and go over your companies setup piece by piece and understand how your solutions are architected. I suggest you sit down with whoever created your original setup and have them walk you through each piece of the puzzle so you can get a better understanding of what is in TeamSite vs what is deployed content on your webserver vs what is an application in your web environment. If that person is no longer with the company then I suggest tracking down all the documentation for your setup from TS to webserver to individual applications (however, I suspect that person is gone and you got thrown into that person's position hence all these rudimentary questions specific to your environment). If that doesn't exist then I suggest you sit down and document the current setup yourself by analysing all the components. This will give you a better understanding of your environment which in turn will stop you from asking all these basic questions, most of which you should be able to answer if you had any understanding of your current working environment.
