I am trying to start a workflow from a .net web service but I am receiving a "Failure in Operations" error message.
The code is simple:
private WorkflowServiceBinding wf = new WorkflowServiceBinding();
. . .
wf.Url = "http://servername/iw/services/cm/2.0/workflow";
. . .
try
{
wf.createWorkflow(ContextLogin, "../workflow/TestWorkflow.xml");
}
catch (System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException error)
{
return (error.Message);
}
But I am receiving this error:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Failure in operation at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at TeamsiteDEV.WorkflowServiceBinding.createWorkflow(CSContext context, String workFlowSpecification) in c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\teamsitewebservice\d12515b4\d50478c5\App_WebReferences.y0btpmg6.0.cs:line 13287 at Service.StartWorkflow() in c:\_netprojects\TeamSiteWebService\App_Code\Service.cs:line 66
I not finding any errors in the event logs or the tracing. Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
