Hi,
I have a task that I have to send an email to a group called reviewers in wft...Can some one please guide how to send an email to a group called Reviewrs .I am working on Teamsite 6.7.1 on Windows 2003.

You cannot email to a group. Have one of your admins set up an email alias and change the WFT to send the email to that instead.

Thanks for your reply..I need to change in the wft file to send an email to a group.I have gone through WF Guide..I could get to know how to send it to an individual user and could not know how to send it to a group.I have used the following code in wft..Can u please go through and guide how to send to a griup called reviewers.

You can customize the iwmailheader TPL to send to a group (which I have done), but I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume that would be asking a bit too much from this person.

Yea, but setting up an alias is easier and not dependent on a certain mail type.

What he wants is an answer like:

put:

send_to_groups=true;
turn_magic_on=true;

in the WFT. So he should try that first.

Creating an alias is indeed the easiest way to do it.
