Copy to in ts762 gives error: system file and may not be copied to another area.

Hi,

we are new on ts672 and we notice that when we try to do a 'Copy to' in the gui we get this message:

[file name] is a system file and may not be copied to another area.

It happens on at least these file-types:
- datacapture.cfg
- pdf
- folder

Is this a new feature in ts672?
Anybody having this problem?
Anybody has solved it?

Have you opened a case with Support?
I'd recommend doing so because either you're doing something very odd (which doesn't sound like it from your description) or your system has some significant issues.

If you open a case - I'd suggest trying to get a LiveMeeting session scheduled with them so that the person on the other end can *see* the problem as it occurs.
