Is there a more efficient way of finding a category?

Hi, Is there a more efficient way of looking for categories under My Matters other than looping through each category or workspace by name?

I have a My Matters structure consisting of categories at the first level, then workspace shortcuts under these categories.

If i am looking for a category, i an using the IManWorkspaceShortcuts and IManFolderShortcuts objects, which only allows the ItemByIndex method to be used to get a sub folder. I then compare the name of the category the category name i have to find a match. This is in-efficient, especially for My Matters where there are a large number of categories.

Is there a better way, like getting a category by name?
