Custom button on visual editor

TO add a custom button in the visual format editor document says i need to create a javascript.
Where to place this javascript?In dcr?

This document is not clear.

No, you must place the code n the ewebeditpro.js. You may have luck calling Ektron. They =were very helpful with me.
