not able to previous versions

Hi,

I am editing a file and submitting it again and again but not able to view any version.
The only version i can see is Version 0+.
Is there any configuration that needs to be done?
Please suggest.

You say you're submitting it again and again. How are you submitting it? By clicking on the Submit button in the GUI?

Clicking the Submit button in the GUI runs a workflow (unless you're using a very old, unsupported version of TS, in which case it usually runs a workflow) - do you know what workflow you are running when you click on Submit?

My guess is that you are not running the OOTB "Default Submit" workflow - but instead are running a workflow which includes some intermediary steps before actually performing the submit operation - and that you've left a wake of unfinished jobs behind you.

Go to the Workflow tab - and view your jobs and/or tasks and see what state their in.

The only other possibility I can think of is that you have multiple workareas and your file is out of sync with staging, and all your attempts to submit are cranking up Conflict Resolution tasks which, for some reason, you didn't see.

Bottom line - if you still see version 0+ in your workarea after you did Submit - it means your submit never actually happened.
