blocking access to folder for to specific group

Hi,
Current branch structure->
/default/main/Branch/b1/WORAREA/wa1/folder1
/default/main/Branch/b1/WORAREA/wa1/folder2
/default/main/Branch/b1/WORAREA/wa1/folder3

We have a group GP1 and want to grant access as author to folder1 only and read-only to folder2 and folder3(same for nested).

How can I achieve this?

Followed 2 approach:

1. Assigned reviewer role to GP1 on branch level and RW permisssion to GP1 for folder1 (thru TS ui) -but have not got editable access to this dir.
2. Assigned author role to GP1 on b1. for folder2 and folder3 set Read-only access to GP1. In this case folder2 and folder3 were not editable but its nested structure was editable.
