Accessibilty standards on TS 671 SP1

Is anyone aware of the accessibilty standards for TS 671 SP1?
We were provided a document by Interwoven sales team, back in 2003 which specifies the compliance details for web accessibilty. "Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)". I was trying for a VPAT refence document for TS 671 SP1, but support team is not aware of such a guide and fwded my response to sales and no response from sales guys for a long long time.

Just to make sure we're clear here - are you talking about accessibility standards for the TS application -- or accessibility standards for the web sites that are maintained within TS?

The former has probably never (or at least not consistently) gone through verification of such (I think 7.0 was supposed to address some of that, but it got sidetracked via the Autonomy acquisition)

The latter I believe has a government standard (section 508).
