Relational referenced between DCRs

Hi All,

We are having a requirement as described below

There are 150 DCRs all of which containing a particular keyword 'Goal'. Now the customer decides to change the word from 'Goal' to 'Target'. This change needs to be reflected in 70 out of the total 150 DCRs. This operation needs to happen when the content author edits any one of the DCRs. He should probably get a list of all matching DCRs from which he will be able to select the required 70.

I would really appreciate your inputs in implementing this.

NOTE: My idea is trying to see the possibility of using TeamSite search to implement this; I did not get any progress though.

If configured, TS Search should provide what you want, though it may depend on where this word occurs within the content - whether you have full-text search functionality enabled for that location and whether you actually have the branch(es) in which the content exists properly indexed.

Alternatively, you can write a script that parses through all the files and either just lists the ones to look at, or prompts you for each one whether it should make the change and then do so if you so indicate.

You could definitely configure TS Search for this. You can search on specific fields or do a full-text search. If you have some "key phrases" or "buzz words" that will require frequent change like this then you may want to consider using tokens or some other mechanism.

i went through all the search documents.but i could not find any configuration file regarding this functionality.Can anyone suggest me from where to start the configuration for this functionality.
