Is this a bug in TeamSite 6.7.2 SP2?

Env: TeamSite 6.7.2 SP2
Windows 2003 EE

When I try to submit a workflow (the ootb submit), I am getting this error in iw-home/local/logs/iwui:

[Tues Nov 24 18:07:38 2009] [error] [client ****.****.****.****] ERROR: TeamSite's installation directory (F:\\iw-home) does not exist, please make sure TeamSite is installed correctly\r, referer: http://tsserver/iw-cc/command.iw.ccpro.submit

Note: User is not part of administrator group.
I also see that error in servletd_out.log

When I add the user to administrator group, the error message does not appear and I can run the ootb submit workflow.

Is this a bug with SP2? Where is it getting double slashes before iw-home?

This sounds like an old issue - if so, you need to make sure that all users have read/execute permissions to some, or all, or even more than:

You can either use another select group, or make sure those rights are granted to "Everyone" - you might need to restart the services or just reboot the server after doing this to make sure that state is cleared.
