Oracle env path

Hi,
In my ipl script,
I need to set oracle path but I am not able to find the path which is something like this:
$ENV{ORACLE_HOME} = '/opt/Interwoven/OracleLib/9206'; -- This is for unix

I am working in windows and not able to find the folder OracleLib. Not sure whether the same folder to be used.

Please help. Thanks.

Its Client Installation Directory. Windows has Oracle Client Installation or not

Oracle client is not installed..

Install the Oracle Client in windows, set environment path to that installation folder. After that let me know whether you are able to achieve the DB connection
