Can I perform the DataDeploy and OpenDeploy in WFM by using Java/class files?

Please tell me how can we call the DataDeploy.xml and OpenDeploy.xml in java/class file and how can we use this java/class file in WFM.

Read the WFM manual - most obviously searching for terms like DeployTask.
Most of the information you need is there, and with a little bit of testing you should be able to figure out the rest.
