Fatal Error | Content not allowed in prolog?

hi -

i see the below log entry being made to the servletd out logs in TeamSite, whenever a workflow job is started.

[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.

workflow continues with the execution and completes fine as expected.

has anyone ran into this before?
know why this fatal error is getting logged even though nothing fails from the functionality point?
how can i get rid of it?
