Add role to users in Teamsite 7.0

I want to add a 'Editor' role for a specific branch to a user using either clt or cssdk. In 6.7.2, there use to be a clt named 'iwadduser' which can be used to add role to a user. However, this clt doesn't exists in 7.0.

Also, I didn't find any method in cssdk shipped with 7.0 to add role to a user.

Kindly help me to get me the required information.

Try looking at the iwaccess CLT.

As for the CSSDK - I'd suggest contacting Support. I took a quick glance through the 7.0 CSSDK docs and didn't see anything that would help in any of the places that seemed logical to look for it. It could well be a documentation bug (I'm pretty sure the functionality exists)

Really? Did you try looking at:[indent]

C:\>iwaccess add
options for add
        <vpath> -user <user>  -role <role>
        <vpath> -group <group>  -role <role>
        <vpath> -owner <user>  -role <role>

        Add a permission entry to the branch, store, or server, specified
        by <vpath>, to grant <user> or <group> the permission to perform
        the operations associated with <role>.
        If -owner is specified, the owner permission entry will be changed
        to the new <user> with the new <role>.

If not, please explain again how the above differs from what you're looking for?
