In the future (and as follow-up) try to consider providing the following information:

TeamSite version (including service pack and patches) ---6.7.2
TeamSite server platform/OS information (including applicable service pack and/or patch information) -----windows 2003
Details on how you determined the loss of connectivity-------it is not picking ldap users.
Was there connectivity before and now it is lost, or did you never have the connectivity and you're trying to provide it now?----It was picking LDAP users before.
What you've tried to do to remedy the situation yourself--Make entry in iw.cfg file for LDAP.
