our production website is having cache settings for 1 day, wherein when we deploy to production it takes 24 hours to publish the changes, so can we make webpage changes and do invalidate runtime cache to show the production changes immediately

That depends on your server and not OpenDeploy.

If you can write a script which can invalidate cache on your server, simply call this script after the deployment as DNR script.
