Hello guys, i have got two question about visual format
I can't find the solution by myself (not even after searching in this forum)
If there is previous post can solve the problem, please kindly guide me the to the right post.
(1) space issues
When applying Hyperlink or [Apply Style], some & #160;are generated before and after the

(i have added a space between '&' and '#' to display & #160; )
It is ok to have & #160;, but sometimes the & #160; will
disappear after saving the content
Thus I don't want the & #160; to be generated, is there any way to stop it or replace them immediately once it is auto generated?
(2) copy content from MS Word
When copy&paste content from MS Word to VFE the quotes characters( “ ” ’ ) doesn't convert to HTML character reference(& ldquo; & rdquo; & rsquo; )
As i found, these 2 problem may be solved by configuring
ektfilter.xslt, but i just can't find How To Do it.
I have seen tutorial something likes "removing tag", but all i need is to remove/replace specifies character
