Site publisher Component creation error

I am trying to create sitepublisher Component for rss feed with attached code, while doing so getting attached error.

My attachment error.txt has my code and error message.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please include the complete exception dump from the log, you seem to have only include the top part of it and in chained exceptions it is the last one that is the most important.

That's the problem, I don't see that method in XML class.

There is a class: com.interwoven.livesite.external.runtime.XML
Available methods:
getFile
getResource

There is also: com.interwoven.livesite.external.runtime.Web
Available methods:
urlGet
urlGetXml

Did you mean to use Web.urlGetXml ?

See impl.zip that came with LiveSite it has the code for what is provided out-of-the-box.
