TeamSite web setup on Apache
jrMugz
Greetings,
We are familiar with IIS setup; but have not had to deal with Apache much.
What we have, is TeamSite 6.7.2 installed; and we want to create a maintenance page, to indicate when the site is down for updates, etc.
We have the maintenance page, but are not sure how to set it up with Apache.
In IIS, we could stop the app site, and start the maintenance page site; but we are not sure how to do that on an Apache server.
If someone can please provide some direction, that would be great.
Thank you,
Jim

Are you using Apache as customer Web server?
If you're using the default port 81 for customer web server and port 80 for Interwoven web server's HTTP, then you can follow below steps for setting up maintenance page when Teamsite is unavailable.
1. Stop TeamSite servcies.
2. Make port 80 available for Apache by changing the below lines in Apache's httpd.conf file.
Listen localhost:81
#Listen 80
to
#Listen localhost:81
Listen 80
3. Place the maintenance page in apache/htdocs folder.
4. Restart Apache services.
By this way, the maintenance page will be displayed when user hits the TeamSite URL.
