team site server is very slow. Each deployment takes approx an hour

We have migrated to Team Site 7.2 and found that the performace is really slow. When we trigger a workflow from the team site UI (CC Pro) it takes around 1 hours to complete.

Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Do individual deployments take that long ? All deployments ?

You need to narrow down the search some and figure out a detailed list of what is going slow and someone could help.

It could be one of a hundred different things.
