sql jdbc version

shougom

If were using sql server 2008 and want to use jdbc 3.0 should we have sqljdbc.jar or sqljdbc4.jar in the eventsubsystem\lib\ folder?

Also how critical is eventsubsystem.properites? Ours is empty. But our registry key: \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Current ControlSet\Services\iweventsubd\Parameters\JVM Option Number 0

points to sqljdbc.jar. Everything works fine but were moving to sql 2008 today.
