TeamSite user being directed to admin URL always

One of TeamSite user is being directed to the admin URL (http://TestServerName/iw-cc/command/iw.admin.ui) when tryingto login and getting the following error msg

Permission denied trying to execute the command com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.admin.ShowAdminUICommand

Which would be because the user doesn't have access to the Admin tab in TeamSite. But what we don't understand is why is the user always getting directed to the admin page ?
We tried clearing all cache and browser history, local temp files on the user's machine.
Also cleared the cache from Teamsite via the url http://TestServerName/iw-cc/command/iw.base.caches

Is there any other place that would hold this info which we need to clear so to have user go in to CCStd page upon login ? We have the default view for user setup as CCStd.

Had the user login using the normal URL .. now that is working as well Smiley Happy

If they were able to login that way, have them logout and try to log back in again the "normal" way - it should take them back to wherever they last were.

TS saves your last location. I saw this happen once when a user *was* a Master, the last location was the Admin UI and then Master was removed. The user was hosed and that was how we got them back.
