I had placed a .jsp and .properties file in Interwoven Tomcat.
I want to read a value in jsp from .properties file.
JSP is running fine but i cannot access the .properties file.
On typing .properties path in browser and i am getting error that
"Forbidden

Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e Server at Port 80"

iw-home/local/logs/iwui/content_center.log is your best bet. You can also check inst-home/ApplicationContainer/server/default/log/server.log (7.x) or iw-home/local/logs/iwui/servletd_out.log (6.x).
What happens when you try to hit that URL manually in a browser? How are you resolving the properties file? -- Looks like by HTTP; consider using local file instead (Thread.getCurrentThread().getClassLoader().getResource("path/relative/to/classpath"));
