Disable metadata capture

Hi
In my workflow I have a Metadata Task.
My need is to disable this task for some files.

Context
======
My workflow will initiated with some files,If the file is already taged(ie, file having metadata) then privent the user from editing metadata otherwise metadata capture form to be displayed in normal way(user can enter data).
Example
======
Workflow will initiated with "1.doc" and "2.doc".Metadata Task will display Metadata capture form.This form have 12 text boxes.I need to enable(or editable) this form to "1.doc" and disable(not editable) for "2.doc".

Please find a solution to achive this
