help with the teamsite version compatible issue

hi all,

our teamsite application is on the Solaris 10 box.

Teamsite: iwserver: 6.7.1 Build 70731 Interwoven 20080720

We are going to patch the Solaris from 5.10 Generic_144488-06 to 5.10 Generic_144488-17.

Could we know if our current teamsite software is compatible with the patched OS? And do we need to remove the iwovwfs kernel module before patching then restore after patching as previously instructed.

If you want an official answer - check with Support.
My guess would be that it should still work with the patched OS and that, hopefully, the patching of the OS will not disturb the kernel mod for the IFS - but that's just a guess. It's possible that this kind of operation may be covered in one of the administrator or install manuals - but you're still better off contacting Support to get an official response, especially if this is a PROD box.
