Open Deploy Hangs

Hi,

while I am trying to open deploy the files, OD sends the request to receiver by executing the iwodstart command but after that it hangs and does not perform further tasks which is data deploy. It does not give status as pass or fail and doesn't move further also.

I am checking the OD status with the help of log files as we dont have access to target server.

Can someone tell what could be the reason for that?

First, you should be using iwodcmd start not iwodstart
Secondly, are you sure the deployment of the files actually completes?
The most notable reason that a deployment hangs has to do with insufficient disk space on the receiver - true, it should handle it, but it tends to cause deployments to hang.
Third, if you're positive that the file deployment completes - how are you invoking DD - via a DNR script or dbLoader element? If the former, you should add debugging to your DNR script to make sure it's getting called and is doing the right thing - perhaps it goes into an endless loop?
