CSSDK Client Null

I have a servlet with below code,

protected void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
throws ServletException, IOException {
CSClient client = (CSClient) request.getAttribute("iw.csclient");
}
[/HTML]

Variable client is coming as null, when I execute.

Any pointers, for the cause of issue?
