workflow gets stuck in the CGI deploy files task

Hi Everyone,
The following task gets stuck with the following error message.
"Files are queued for deployment, waiting for execute"

It is an CGI task

The command is :/iw-cc/Workflow/WebTask.do

Task variables are :

Task Bean id : workflow.task.DeploymentTask
ImmediateTransition : false
TargetNodes : production
Success Message : "Success"

Can one of you tell me how to debug this issue?

This is the PLC workflow with LSCS

The LSCS deployments are sequential, so if one is running, others wait for it to happen.

You can run iwodserverstatus to see what it running.

It is possible a deployment has hung, LSCS is a disk hog and if it has less than 1 GB free space, bad things happen.

We are getting the same error for PLC. The disk space is more than 1 GB.

We have tried restarting OD as well after killing all WF jobs but it does not work.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
