Local runtime environment for LiveSite

I have a path to InterwovenTraining, which contains dbdrivers, development_lib, eclipse_workspace, eclipse-jee-galileo-SR2-win32, and tomcat dirs. In these dirs, development_lib contains livesite_runtime executable file. How can I setup local LiveSite runtime environment on my local computer ?

When I click on livesite_runtime executable file, I get error message
"Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from \\LLUNQS2987\InterwovenTraining\development_lib\livesite-runtime.jar"

How can I setup livesite runtime environment ?

get the software and docs from support site, read the pre-install and install guide and figure out if and how you can install it local then go from there.
