iwversion not working

all the CLTs are located in /ot/Interwoven/TeamSite/bin

When I am executing iwversion from "/ot/Interwoven/TeamSite/bin" path , I am getting error message. Why is that ? Here is the output.

"bash-3.00# pwd
/ot/Interwoven/TeamSite/bin
bash-3.00# iwversion
bash: iwversion: command not found"

Same thing happens with other commands

I found it, I had to use ./iwversion.
