VisualAnnotate Problem

I m using TS7.1 with VisualAnnotate installed, and have been set va_enable to true.

When i came to test with IE6,7,9 .. it prompted me to install the VisualAnnotate plugin, but installation failed and asked me to re-try again.

I have also tested with Firefox, but the same result.

Could anyone give me a clue about VA?

First of all - if you have any other custom toolbars installed in your browser (like the google toolbar) - you're going to have problems (they don't play together nicely, if at all).
Secondly, I don't believe IE8 or IE9 existed when TS 7.1 was released so the chances of them being supported is pretty slim.
Thirdly, you should contact Support - VA has a history of not always working, and doing so in different ways on different systems with the same specifications (I was at a site once where tree different desktop PCs with the same OS, same browser, etc. all failed to have VA work on them in three different ways)
Also - remember that VA only makes sense within the context of a workflow that has VA enabled.
