interwoven mounts does not exist after solaris reboot.

Dear All,

We r stuck with a issue.
There has been solaris reboot . but the interwoven mounts have not come back. It just shows the folders /iwmnt/default , /default but on doing "cd" it says the file or directory does not exist

May any one help us in getting to know if any other s/w or FileSystem has to be installed in order to get the mounts back working.

Please help , Its vv urgent ..

Please specify the teamsite version.
Was it a fresh installation?
Have you check if the license is expired?
Have you check the permissions?
What does the log files say?

teamsite version is 6.7.1
It was not fresh installation .
The mount points are missing , the mount point folder does not exist .
Does just creating the folder will automatically mount the FS ?

the NFS web daemon is running i had checked.
with ps -ef | grep nfsd .

Pls suggest some ideas to get mounts points back working.

The Solaris server was shutdown unknwingly. having network issues.

df –hk | grep iwserver

Have you tried restarting TeamSite? If it still fails the logs may provide clues.

df -hk | grep iwserver doesnt show anything. it has not output to this command

whats does that mean ??? Has all the contents of teamsite lost ??

1)stop the teamsite server

2)kill any interwoven related process manually

3)restart the teamsite server

monitor the logs

if this doesnt work,

1)stop the teamsite server

2)try unmounting manually using

umount /iwmnt/iwadmin
umount /iwmnt/default
umount /.iwmnt/default

3)kill any interwoven related process manually

4)restart the teamsite server and monitor the logs

Please try rebooting the server also. We have faced issues similar to this in the past.

Right now , we are trying to get the backup the iwstore.

It has been corrupted.

After that we ll try restarting teamsite and probably the mounts shallhave no issues , then.
