Connection with Server could not be established.

I have installed workflow modeller (IWOVtswfm-win-1.0.1.0-Build69622) on my windows machine

I am able to connect to TS server fine through UI, I am trying to login using WFM for the the first time on this box(domain name and server name are the same).

I am getting "Connection with Server could not be established.
Verify server name & domain name or view the WorkflowModeler.log file for more information" on UI

getting the following in workflowmodeller log
java.net.UnknownHostException: Server name

ENV: RHEL 5.2, TeamSite 6.7.2 SP1

any pointers?
