If you want to modify the login.jsp page - there's a semi-supported way that has been posted several times in the past (not sure if you can still find it though) - which involves making a copy of the actual file, placing it within the .../customer_src/... tree, making your modifications there and then running make_toolkit.ipl.The procedure is fully supported - the changing of that specific file is not supported - hence it is a semi-supported mechanism.I believe either Boris or Greg Zevin may have been the original source of this solution (if it helps you when trying to search the forums)
Yup. This is what we do. You'll need to grab the "source" file fromiw-home\httpd\webapps\content_center\teamsite\auth. This path may have changed between 6.5 and 6.7...or maybe not. Then modify the file as you see fit, place your edited copy iniw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src\web\teamsite\auth, run make_toolkit, etc and it should work. You'll also need to repeat this with ANY upgrade or you may face some unintended consequences.
Well since that file is in the same spot in 7.0, I highly doubt it is in a different place for 6.7.2And if you have changes like this on a config branch then it is easier to manage (though you may need to merge it with changes for a major release)
So you're saying not to use ye olde build process (make_toolkit) for this at all?
