perl subroutine in tpl

syim

I have some user functions (perl subroutines) being defined repeatly in different tpl files (defined within the iw_perl tag).

I wonder if there is a way or any one knows how I can put all those same subrountines into a common location (such as custom perl modules) so I don't have to keep multiple copies of the same perl subroutines in many different tpl files?

What part don't you understand ? How to build a PM ? Or how to use a PM in a TPL ?

I need to know how to build a PM in TeamSite 6.5? Such as where to install/deploy/copy the PM? Would be nice if there is a simple example on how to create a PM and to be used in tpl.

How to use your own perl modules in a presentation template
Note that it's an old Article. Stick with the recommendation to use <iw-home>/iw-perl/site/lib, do not modify "...vendor/lib"

Thanks a lot. It's all I need to know.
