Error opening file

Hi,
Today our server behaves weird. I added two users into the system, one is ok, the other one cannot access teamsite at all. And cannot find it in entity db as well.

After ran iwuser -q serveral times, the whole entity db connection failed. So I restarted ts. Then re-create user is working fine.

But nobody could edit any files. (Was able to edit files before creating new users.) I keep on getting error like:
Error in opening file: /.iwmnt/default/main/.....:151 (Stale NFS file handle).

Tried to run ./iw.server to restart again, does not help. Is there any way to recover it ?

PS: our server is solaris 2.6, using TS 5.5.2.

Stale NFS Handles is indicative of some problem with the server running, while the mount point for the server is still visible.

Is the backing store for TeamSite on the local disk of the machine being used, or is it on a separate disk array (SAN?/NAS? whatever that's called) ?

At this point, you probably need to reboot the TeamSite server and/or the machine that is actually housing the backing store.
