Hi,

I am attempting to create a mobile version of a few webpages that can support iphnoe and Android based smart phones (HTML 5 Pages).
My current implementation leverages only SP and create static HTMLs.

Questions that I have is:

a) Currently, I build pages using SP components and intend to leverage most of the available compoents to build the mobile site. The question is weather I can create the HTML5 complient output using the assembled .pages using the "Generate HTMLs" functionality.

b) What is the best approah to build the SP templates / pages for generating the HTML5 complient mobile pages. are there any known issues that need a work around.

Yes, you can. While creating the new page, choose 'Page Type' as 'HTML 5' and also ensure that the component code is according to HTML 5 standards.

What do you mean by 'available components'? are these components used for existing websites and you want to re-use them for mobile sites?
