Getting the path of DCR in js file

i need to get the path of an already created dcr in my js file. The contents of the dcr need to be loaded in a dropdown list on occurence of an event, eg. Onitemchange,OnreplicantAdded,etc. and not on form load.

Follow these steps :
1) Do a callserver on any of your event.
2) using that CGI/Java , make a list of DCRs ("##" seprarated or whatever) into a string.
3) call a JS function with that string as a parameter using -- parent.getScriptFrame().newFunction(string)
4) now you wil have the lsit of DCR in a string, process this srting and set the item options with formatted values.

you can refer to page no.32 in ts_form_api_guide.pdf for a small callserver example.

You only have to put your logic to read the filesystem for DCR list in the JSP code (for example, will be called from callserver function) and call an existing function in JS file.
