Handling multiple audio/video files

Environment:
Teamsite 6.7.2
MediaBin 4.6.2
Opendeploy 6.1.1
Database SQL server 2005

Teamsite and DNN is used to form the website.
Content team has audio video files to be uploaded on the web server. These are multiple files for single video/audio zipped together.
As of now a technical person uploads the files and unzip it on the webserver, and update the relevant path in the respective DCR, which gets inserted into the Database.
As per the requirement, this intervention of a techi person needs to be replaced with some streamline process.
The website has multiple geosites, and TS has separate branch for each one. Thus whatever assets browsed through MediaBin gets copied in the respective branch.
As per the requirement, there should be duplication of same video/audio files across the geosites.

Would really apriciate your suggetsions on this.
