Teamsite issue with machine running windows 7

Hi

I have machine that is running windows 7 and have latest versions of IE and FF.
Whenever I am trying to open the content center UI for the teamsite, it ask me download and save a visualeditor.exe file.

I have already done that step at least 5-6 times, but still every time it ask me to do the same.

Any suggestions what could be the problem!!

Any help regarding the issue will e highly appreciated!!

Sounds like it never was installed correctly. Try removing it and reinstalling it.
