TS 7.2.0 CCpro: "An error occurred checking isAllowedOnContainer on command"

We have an not-so-frequently appearing / disappearing issue with TeamSite 7.2.0 on Windows 2003 server.

Users sometimes get an error message in CCPro (which is - IIRC - not stopping their work, but is just annoying, surprising, puzzling the users)

The following error is seen in the CCPro UI intermittently:

An error occurred checking isAllowedOnContainer on command com.interwoven.ui.archivalmodule.command.ArchivalBaseCommand

Support could not think of anything to help us...

I'm trying to see if anyone else has had this, preferably on TS 7.x system with as little custom code as possible (Support has suggested it could be "an bad API call in our code")

I've attached a heavily cropped screenshot from CCPro. (the limits for image attachments are rather ridiculous: max 19.5K, max 620 x 280 pixels) :mad:

I'm willing to wager (a small amount) that this happens after someone has gone through the Admin UI and added, removed, or modified a user entry.

We've see this too and thus far the only thing that clears it up is an iwreset -ui.

I'm not sure if my customer opened a case on this (I assumed they did, so I didn't)

We saw this following an upgrade from 7.2.0 -> 7.2.1.

Interestingly, we also saw that we couldn't create SitePublisher pages and there were errors in the content_center.log about failing to get (and set) EDB properties.

I deleted the entities database, and allowed it to be recreated, and (as if by magic) all the issues went away.

So, it would be interesting to hear if anyone else on either 7.2.0 or 7.2.1 has one, some or all of the above issues, and if they recreate the EDB, whether their issues are also resolved.
